Massachusetts State Police Release — 11182013–State Police Investigating Incident in Foxboro Resulting in Fatality

Tonight at approximately 10:00 p.m., a Trooper assigned to the State Police Foxboro Barracks discovered a deceased female victim on route 1 in Foxboro who had suffered traumatic injuries.  The origin of these injuries is unknown at this time.  

 The scene has been secured and troopers assigned to the Norfolk County District attorney’s office have responded to the scene and there is an active investigation on going.  

 Troopers from the troop H Detectives and Crime Scene Services Section are also assisting in this investigation 

 There is no additional information available at this time.  

 Any further case specific information will come from the Norfolk County District attorney’s office.
