Massachusetts State Police Release -12022013- Motor Vehicle Stop in Springfield Leads to Arrest of Habitual Traffic Offender

 

On Monday, December 2, 2013, at approximately 9:30p.m., Trooper Brian Clapprood of the Massachusetts State Police Barracks in Springfield stopped a brown Honda Accord for motor vehicle violations.  The operator was identified as JOSHUA LEBRON, 24, of Springfield. A check of LEBRON’s license revealed it to be revoked. Further investigation revealed LEBRUN to be a Habitual Traffic Offender.

LEBRON was arrested and brought to the Massachusetts State Police Barracks in Springfield where he was booked and released on bail.

LEBRON was charged with the following offenses:

1. MV Operator Refuse to Identify Self

2. Operate MV with License Revoked as Habitual Traffic Offender

3. No Inspection Sticker
