State Police Arrest Brockton Man for Narcotics and Firearms Violations

Massachusetts State Police Media Release — 10252014 — State Police Arrest Brockton Man for Narcotics and Firearms Violations

 

On October 25, 2014 at approximately 6:45 p.m., Trooper Paul Dunderdale of the Troop D Community Action Team (CAT Team) was on patrol on Pleasant Street in the City of Brockton when his attention was drawn to a 2001 Ford pickup.  As a result of a motor vehicle stop and subsequent investigation by Trooper Dunderdale, 24 year-old DANIEL DASILVA of Brockton was arrested and charged with the following:

  1. Possession of Class A Narcotics
  2. Possession of Class B Narcotics
  3. Possession of a Loaded Firearm without a License
  4. Possession of Ammunition without a License
  5. 2 Warrants
  6. Various motor vehicle violations

 

This stop and arrest resulted in the seizure of the narcotics, firearm and ammunition. He is currently being held at the Plymouth County House of Correction without bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Brockton District Court on Monday.
