Massachusetts State Police Media Release -02142017- Springfield Man Arrested for Narcotics Charges on Route 91 in Greenfield
Yesterday, Trooper Jesse Gadarowski was patrolling Route 91 northbound in the town of Greenfield when he observed a gray Honda Civic operating with an obscured rear license plate. Tpr. Gadarowski stopped the vehicle which contained 5 occupants, at the entrance to the off ramp at Exit 27.
As a result of an investigation and subsequent search of the vehicle and front passenger, Tpr. Gadarowski, assisted by Tpr. Matthew Trombley, located six small glassine bags believed to contain the narcotic substance crack cocaine and 450 wax paper bags believed to contain the narcotic substance Heroin. Each bag was stamped with the words “Jet Blue.”
The front passenger, ARIEL SERRANO, 22 of Springfield was placed under arrest and transported to the Shelburne Falls Barracks where he was booked and held pending his arraignment at Greenfield District Court today.
ARIEL SERRANO was charged with the following offenses:
Possession Class A with Intent to Distribute, 2nd offense;
Possession Class B with Intent to Distribute, 2nd offense;
Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.
