Massachusetts State Police Release — 02272018 — Two Lawrence Men Arrested For Cocaine Trafficking

On Thursday February 22, 2018, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Trooper Kevin Hobart and Trooper Joseph Barteaux of the State Police Revere Barracks were on patrol of Route 1A in Lynn, when they observed a Nissan operating with its wipers on during rain/sleet without the headlights on.

Trooper Hobart made contact with the driver, subsequently identifying the driver as EULOJIO SANCHEZ a, 22-year old man, from Lawrence. The passenger was identified as RAWDRICK PAGUERO a, 18-year old man, from Lawrence. As a result of an investigation, both were found to be in possession of cocaine.

Both were placed under arrest and transported to the State Police Revere Barracks for booking.

SANCHEZ was charged with the following offenses:

  1. Trafficking in Cocaine
    2.            Conspiracy to violate drug laws
    3.            Light violation

PAGUERO was charged with the following offenses:

  1. Trafficking in Cocaine
    2.            Conspiracy to violate drug laws
