Illegal Owned Gun and Narcotics Recovered from Motor Vehicle Stop in Bolton

September 14, 2018 — This morning at approximately 12:35 a.m., Trooper Randy Morales assigned to the State Police Barracks in Leominster stopped a Chevrolet Pick-Up on Route 495 South in Bolton for motor vehicle violations.

Trooper Morales identified the operator as DANIEL CELLUCCI, 33, of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania and determined he was operating an unregistered vehicle.

As a result of an investigation and search of the vehicle, a loaded Smith and Wesson M&P 9MM firearm with eight rounds of ammunition in the magazine, 7 Suboxone strips and 39 Percocet pills loosely contained in a sunglass case were located inside the vehicle.

CELLUCCI does not possess a license to carry in Massachusetts nor did he possess a prescription for the narcotics. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Leominster Barracks where he was booked on the following offenses:

Unlawful Possession of a Firearm;

Possession of Firearm without an FID Card;

Improper Storage of a Firearm;

Possession of a Class B Substance (two counts); and

Possession with intent to Distribute a Class D Substance.

He was also issued a citation for Marked Lanes Violation and Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

CELLUCCI was held on $2,500 bail and was scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Clinton District Court.
