Memorial Day Weekend 2026 Saturation Patrol Results

Over Memorial Day Weekend, the Massachusetts State Police conducted saturation patrols to ensure the safety of our highways.  Our primary goal is to deter dangerous driving behaviors, reduce traffic accidents, and save lives.

These patrols took place across Troops A, B, C and D, which encompass the Eastern, Western, Central and South Coastal areas of Massachusetts.

135 Speeding Citations

10 Seatbelt Violations

8 Hand-held Phone Violations

286 Other Civil Violations
