MSP Attends Faith Based Security Seminar at Gillette Stadium

Last month, the Commonwealth Fusion Center joined the Kraft Family at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough for the 6th Annual Faith-Based Safety and Security Seminar. Present were nearly 400 community leaders, including representatives of 154 diverse faith communities, members of the legislature, and representatives from numerous law enforcement agencies. By number of participants, the event increased 25% year-over-year.

The speaking program included experts on safety protocols, crisis management, and community outreach. Attendees learned strategies for securing their worship spaces, including grants that provide resources to address the unique challenges of maintaining safe environments.

The Massachusetts State Police remains committed in ensuring a safe environment for members of all religious denominations to freely celebrate the holiday season.
