The Massachusetts State Police are serious about cracking down on dangerous driving this summer.
On June 6th, the State Police conducted a saturation patrol in Troop A, an area that has seen several high-profile incidents of dangerous driving.
Our Troopers made 6 arrests and issued 69 citations in that one night, in that one area alone.
If you've been drinking or are under the influence of drugs, do not get behind the wheel. Use a rideshare or taxi.
When you are driving, put your phone and any distractions away.
Obey speed limits, and follow the traffic laws to ensure you, and everyone else on the road, get home safely.
