TROOPERS FROM C.I.N.R.E.T. SOUTH ARREST SUSPECT FOR DRUG AND GUN CHARGES AFTER INVESTIGATION

On July 21st, Troopers assigned to the Massachusetts State Police Commonwealth Interstate Narcotics Reduction Enforcement Team (CINRET) South, executed a court-ordered search warrant for a target residence and vehicle in Wakefield believed to be connected with a source supply for narcotics.

During the search, the following evidence was located and seized:

·        529 grams of Fentanyl

·        422 grams of Methamphetamine

·        94 grams of Cocaine

·        23 grams of Percocet

·        35 grams of Suboxone

·        9mm Firearm

·        High-Capacity Magazine

·        Ammunition

·        US Currency

·        2 Cellular Phones

As a result of the search warrant and seizures, Madhi B. Raoui, 29, of Wakefield, was arrested and is facing the following charges:

·        Trafficking Fentanyl – 200 grams or more

·        Trafficking Methamphetamine – 200 grams or more

·        Trafficking Cocaine – 36 grams or more, less than 100 grams

·        Possession of Firearm w/ 2 Prior Violent/Drug Crimes (No FID Card)

·        Possession of Firearm w/ Defaced Serial Number

·        Possession of Ammunition (No FID Card)
