UPDATE: Victim of Yesterday's Fatal Crash in Manchester-by-the-Sea Identified

The victim in yesterday's fatal crash on Route 128 northbound in Manchester-by-the-Sea has been identified as Byssman Pablo Bixcul, 19, of Lynn. The operator, a 26-year-old man from Lynn, remains at Massachusetts General Hospital with life-threating injuries.
