UPDATE—IDs of Suspects Arrested for Monday’s Assault of Truck Driver in Bolton


UPDATE—The assailants arrested for this incident from yesterday are as follow.

 

  1. JAVIER GUTIERREZ VARGAS, 23, of Dracut, charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a single count of disorderly conduct; and

  2. JUAN E. MARIN, 28, of Dracut, also charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a single count of disorderly conduct.

 

A bail clerk set bail for both arrestees, which they posted. They will be arraigned in Clinton District Court, possibly as early as today.

 

The driver of the truck is a 28-year-old Maine man. His injuries were serious but are not considered life-threatening.
