As we conclude this National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, the Massachusetts State Police would like to gratefully acknowledge the enormous contributions of Public Safety Telecommunicators working on our job. Their calm, steady voices on the other end of the line can mean the difference between life and death for callers, victims, Troopers, and other first responders who depend on them.
